The Road Fund Board is set to finalise arrangement with the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) to secure GH¢109 million to settle debt owed contractors who draw their monies from the fund.
The contractors, many of them small scale and local, have in recent times been demanding settlement of the debts especially after the Ministry of Finance paid their large scale foreign counterparts some GH¢160 million a few weeks ago. |
